The first issue of Blending Spring 2015 has been released. Breaking news features a food and wine studies conference to be hosted by Apicius in April 2015.
The current Blending Newsletter issue announces a new conference that will take place at FUA in April 2015 and will be hosted by the Apicius hospitality division. International speakers and quality Italian food and wine producers will be featured at this day-long event. Blending is pleased to unveil the new mini-column of Fulbright researcher and FUA writer-in-residence Jessie Chaffee, who will unveil monthly portraits of Italian female saints. FUA students in this issue explore Italian Carnevale, hidden secrets of Florentine streets, and how to create stories in the city.
